App does not open

Restart the device, confirm sufficient local storage and install the unchanged package from the publisher's trusted release channel. The support site cannot remotely inspect the device.

A tool looks unchanged

Use its visible reset or preset control, return to Rink Table and reopen it. End Composer, Head Mapper, Green Notes and Club Day Kit are intentionally temporary.

Reading is difficult

Open Side Rail, choose Reading Controls and select a larger reading size, higher contrast or Reduce Motion. Every gesture has a visible alternative.

Clear local choices

Open Privacy Centre or Reading Controls and choose Clear Local Choices. Android Clear storage and uninstall also erase app-held state.

No email app

The contact action depends on a compatible external email app. Copy the address shown below and use a trusted communication method instead.

Live club question

Fixtures, green status, membership, fees, opening, venue access and official results are outside this app. Use a current authorized club source.

Use “Rink & Radius app support” or “Rink & Radius privacy” in the subject. Avoid sending health information, safeguarding details, payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive material that is not needed to explain the question.

Open your email app

The useful work happens on the device.

Rink & Radius version 1.0.0 packages its lessons, illustrations, temporary instruments, source notes and privacy text inside the Android application. It has no Internet permission, account, cloud database, advertising, analytics, attribution or remote configuration. A lesson bookmark or reading preference may remain in app-private storage; an End Composer result, Head Mapper layout, Green Notes strip and Club Day selection are intended only for the running session. Clear Local Choices, Android Clear storage or uninstall removes app-held state.

An illustration cannot inspect a real green.

The product cannot confirm a session, forecast, surface, access route, equipment, law, condition of play, score, selection, eligibility decision or participant readiness. Current club staff, adult session leaders, coaches, event officials, posted venue instructions, qualified professionals and emergency services take priority. The app supports a calmer conversation; it does not silently turn that conversation into an operational instruction, official record, medical assessment or emergency report.

A package is not a public deployment.

This static site explains the app and hosts its app-specific policy after deployment. A ZIP stored on a computer is not yet a public privacy URL. The publisher must upload the package, verify the final HTTPS homepage and both privacy routes, confirm control of the published support contact, review current Play declarations against the exact AAB and retain appropriate rights evidence for supplied or generated imagery.
