Head Mapper

Explore guards, open lanes and changing head shapes with anonymous temporary tokens.

Editorial, non-documentary lawn-bowls illustration
Abstract anonymous lawn-bowls head

Anonymous by design

Move bowls, not identities.

The Head Mapper begins with one jack and anonymous coloured bowl tokens. A user can scatter a head, open a lane, build a guarded-jack example, drag individual objects or clear the table. There is no field for a name, team, score, match, date or official count.

The geometry is intentionally approximate. It helps adults discuss relationships and consequences, but it cannot measure physical distance or predict contact.

01

Begin at the jack

Look at the closest relationships first without declaring an official count.

02

Scan behind

A bowl beyond the jack may change a trail, recovery or positional conversation.

03

Trace both hands

An open early route can narrow near the head; compare more than one approach.

04

Move one thing

Relocating a single token reveals how several possible lanes change together.

Authority boundary

A map is not a measure.

Current laws, competition conditions, measuring equipment and authorized officials control real decisions. The mapper is not an umpiring tool, official scoring surface, physics simulation, selector system or match archive.

Local by design

The useful work happens on the device.

Rink & Radius version 1.0.0 packages its lessons, illustrations, temporary instruments, source notes and privacy text inside the Android application. It has no Internet permission, account, cloud database, advertising, analytics, attribution or remote configuration. A lesson bookmark or reading preference may remain in app-private storage; an End Composer result, Head Mapper layout, Green Notes strip and Club Day selection are intended only for the running session. Clear Local Choices, Android Clear storage or uninstall removes app-held state.

Authority remains human

An illustration cannot inspect a real green.

The product cannot confirm a session, forecast, surface, access route, equipment, law, condition of play, score, selection, eligibility decision or participant readiness. Current club staff, adult session leaders, coaches, event officials, posted venue instructions, qualified professionals and emergency services take priority. The app supports a calmer conversation; it does not silently turn that conversation into an operational instruction, official record, medical assessment or emergency report.

Publication boundary

A package is not a public deployment.

This static site explains the app and hosts its app-specific policy after deployment. A ZIP stored on a computer is not yet a public privacy URL. The publisher must upload the package, verify the final HTTPS homepage and both privacy routes, confirm control of the published support contact, review current Play declarations against the exact AAB and retain appropriate rights evidence for supplied or generated imagery.
